The Eastward Ho! Brownfields Partnership (the Partnership) is inviting local governments, non-profit entities and private property owners to apply for assistance to have a Phase I or Phase II Environmental Assessment completed for marketable sites and properties. The Phase I or Phase II Environmental Assessments will be completed under a grant from the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency administered for the Partnership by the South Florida Regional Planning Council. A marketable site or property is an area that has high redevelopment potential because of an actual or likely redevelopment project and/or its proximity to key urban amenities. To apply, please download, complete and return the Eastward Ho! Brownfields Partnership Brownfields Site Assessment Application to Terry Manning, Brownfields Coordinator.
